So… I had prepared my blog post in advance of going to work on faculty at the Mount Hermon Christian Writers’ Conference. All I had to do was to–the moment I got home–fill in what I’d learned that week.
I did not realize that when I got home, I would eat dinner and fall asleep on the couch. I didn’t think about my blog post until this morning when I woke up and looked at the clock.
So I am tabling my “What I learned” post to next week and am instead giving you a video of a skit I did with my friend Dana Black at the faculty talent show. This is a skit my husband wrote, and despite my less-than-stellar acting, went over fairly well. Dana, as always, was a star.
I hope this inspires you. Thank you and see you all next week! 😉

Makes me wish I had been there in person! You ladies were fantastic, and nice writing, Brad!
Great skit! And fabulous acting 😉
LOL! Love it!
Thanks, everyone! We were nervous, and slightly unprepared (ahem, see conveniently placed laptop and cell phone for help to see our lines), but it turned out pretty fun. 🙂
Lol! LOVED IT!!! Just the laugh and break I needed from editing for a few minutes. This was great! XD
I loved it! Too cute.
Yes this was great! So fun!
This is perfect! Inspiration is currently appearing to me in the form of my stuffed animals. Now for creativity to step in. I’ll definitely refer back to this when I get writer’s block.
